A wonderful project to be involved with — the rebranding and new signage system for Waihōanga River Lodge and Retreat. This process began with a very productive workshop to unpack and clarify all Waihōanga's fresh new vision, their understanding of their audience as well as their new mission statement. Logo redesigned, brand photography, new business card and then I designed over 45 new signs (interior and exterior) to help freshen this magical space.

'Working with Catherine was a pleasure from the start of brainstorming our new design right through to delivery and execution. She helped us to consider and articulate what our brand was about at its core, as well as how we want to use our branding and under what circumstances. She was then also extremely responsive and thoughtful as we went through an iterative process, including us all discussing paint palettes, walking through mock-ups, and establishing great working relationships with other suppliers recommended by Catherine. We now have a brand that we love, which is suitably versatile to look great on massive entrance signs, digital media, paperwork, and road signs.
